This workbook is what you need to keep track of your breathing exercises, the cold showers and baths you take and to record how you feel when doing these workouts.
With this logbook you can record:
- Breathing exercises: how long you can retain your breath.
- Cold showers/bath: keep track of how many minutes each time.
- Number of push-ups or other exercises.
- Fluid Intake.
- Hours of Sleep.
- Blood pressure and Blood Oxygen Level.
On scales from 1 to 10 you can keep a record of:
- General Energy Level.
- Mental Clarity.
- Sleep Quality.
- Health Symptoms.
There is plenty of space for notes to further describe in detail how you feel or what your experience is with doing these exercises. You could also keep track of a certain physical- or mental condition, to see if you experience any improvements over time.
With this logbook you don't have to rely on your memory, you’ll find that keeping such a diary is a great help to see what changes you’re going through.
